The Workflow Before AI™ Framework
Before adding AI or automation, we help healthcare practices reduce operational friction, stabilize workflows, and create clearer systems that support better patient care and stronger business performance.
Many practices think they need AI, when they actually need clearer workflows first.
How It Works
A simple, low-pressure process designed for busy dental practice owners.
Step 1
Understand the Problems
Step 2
We learn where daily frustrations, confusion, and interruptions are happening.
Simplify the Workflow
Step 3
We help create clearer, easier ways for the office to run day-to-day.
Layer in Practical AI
Once things feel more stable, we can introduce practical tools and AI where they’re helpful.
Meet the Founder
Hi, I'm Alice, founder of Fusion Leverage AI.
With 18 years at the University of Waterloo, I worked behind the scenes improving operational workflows, reducing inefficiencies, and supporting teams in complex, high-demand environments where reliability and clarity were essential. Today, I combine that operational experience with certifications as an AI Consultant, Data Strategist, and AI Implementer to help healthcare practice owners replace frustrating workflows with simple, reliable systems their teams can actually use. I combine operational experience, practical technology, and human-centered thinking to create solutions that fit how each practice actually works.
Healthcare practice owners are trained to care for patients, not manage complex business operations. As practices grow, daily interruptions, workflow challenges, and competing priorities can create stress for leadership teams.
My role is to bring structure and clarity to operations, so practice owners can focus on patient care with confidence.
Why I Do This Work
I believe that technology alone cannot fix an overwhelmed team. Lasting improvement happens when we support the people doing the work first. I help practices identify where daily interruptions are happening and design simple, thoughtful changes that fit naturally into how each clinic already works. By focusing on structure and clarity, we create an environment where the staff feels supported and the practice runs smoothly.
Trusted by Professionals and Healthcare Leaders

"I had the pleasure of working with Alice during her time in Student Awards & Financial Aid at the University of Waterloo. She consistently demonstrated exceptional attention to detail, strong accountability, and professionalism in managing complex program responsibilities.
Alice played a key role in overseeing the Bursary for Students with Disabilities (BSWD) program and ensured that processes were handled accurately and in compliance with institutional and audit requirements. During audit reviews, she showed outstanding organization and reliability, contributing to successful audit outcomes and maintaining confidence in the program's integrity.
She is dependable, thorough, and committed to excellence in her work. I would confidently recommend Alice to any organization seeking someone who brings precision, responsibility, and professionalism to their role."

"I appreciated Alice's approach to leading the initial assessment. The meeting felt conversational and non-intimidating and her questions were thoughtfully prepared, targeted and easy to answer. Seeing my answers organized and reflected back to me through the Future Readiness Reflection Summary provided after the conversation was helpful to identify goals, pain points and suggested next steps for making improvements."

"During a Future-Readiness Reflection session with Alice, we discussed the challenges I face managing a busy dental office and the constant questions from staff throughout the day. Alice helped me explore how AI could be used to create a ‘manager assistant’ to answer common operational questions, allowing me to focus on more complex issues. The session gave me a new perspective on how AI could help reduce workload and improve efficiency in our office."

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be tech-savvy to work with you?
No. Our role is to simplify workflows so your dental practice team can use them easily without needing advanced technical knowledge.
How long before our clinic sees results?
Most dental practices begin seeing improvement once workflows are clarified and front-desk interruptions are reduced.
Is this safe for patient data?
Yes. We prioritize dental patient sensitivity and design workflows using operational and process data — not patient data — whenever possible. When observation is needed, we follow clinic privacy procedures and avoid storing, copying, or retaining patient information.
Our approach is designed with privacy-conscious practices in mind, including consideration for Canadian privacy frameworks such as PHIPA and PIPEDA.
What does working together look like for our dental practice?
We start with operational clarity, then implement workflow improvements step-by-step to scale capacity without increasing team stress.
Do you offer customized solutions for unique dental clinics?
We tailor every solution to the specific needs of your dental practice. While we use proven workflow frameworks, each implementation is customized based on your clinical team structure, scheduling challenges, and priorities. No two dental offices operate the same—and your solution shouldn't either.
